RAUL DIAZ 

Raul was born and raised in Costa Rica. In 2001 the Lord brought him to this country to him to save him and to give him a future and a hope. In 2003 Raul met his future wife Brittany at WG while it was still at Calvary Costa Mesa. They were married in 2006. Two years later, while searching for a new church, the Lord put WG on their hearts. As they started attending WG they began to help out with the youth, particularly Jr High. In January of 2011 Raul became a deacon and started overseeing the 4th and 5th grade ministry as well as food and fellowship. The Lord opened the door for Raul and Brittany to oversee the Jr High ministry in June of 2011. Raul and Brittany had their first child, Eli Diaz, in March of 2011.

In July 2012 Raul stepped into the position of a Pastor overseeing the Jr High ministry. If Raul could use one word to describe his 10 year journey with Jesus it would be “unbelievable”.  He is ever thankful to serve and be used by God’s grace. Raul and Brittany have three children, Eli, Cambria and Selah. Currently, Raul is the pastoral overseer of all WG Youth Ministries.
