“The Vision of Worship Generation Missionary Outreaches”

From our beginning at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa in the year 2000. Worship Generation has always had a vision for “outreach” with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Beginning with local concerts, then on to national tours, and finally to overseas mission trips, Worship Generation has made “Missionary Outreach” a foundational priority and passion of who we are.

As we go forward in 2011, our vision for world missions is clear, and “four fold”. Our vision is that we desire to prayerfully, wisely, and effectively reach as many people as possible with the good news and hope of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ! Therefore, we want to lead and support missionary endeavors and ministries whose goals are the same . . . worldwide!

Our vision for Missionary Support is “four-fold” in its application. First of all, we look to prayerfully and financially support individual congregants of Worship Generation who seek to take steps of faith by going on short-term mission trips. Also, there are times we as a church facilitate and plan our own mission trips. Beyond our own congregation there are individuals serving in foreign missions that we at times come alongside to assist through financial aid. Finally, there are many wonderful global missionary groups that we believe are like-minded with us, and are very fruitful, therefore we also provide financial support to those International Ministries as well.

We realize that God has abundantly blessed all of us here at Worship Generation. with reverence, we accept the stewardship God has entrusted to both the leadership and all of us with, as we serve Him and grow together as one church family in Orange County. Yes, we are blessed and we are thankful, and it is with the blessings as gratitude that we will seek to fulfill His will in and through us, through missionary outreaches. “Your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.”
