Bob grew up in Southern California attending and graduating from Paramount High School in 1967. After many years of hard living, Bob committed his life to Jesus Christ through the witness and testimony of his daughter Carol. This was after he had married his current wife Lorraine in 1992.

Bob & Lorraine grew together in their faith as they regularly attended Calvary Chapel Downey. By 1996 both Bob & Lorraine believed that God was calling them to get involved in Prolife Ministry at Calvary Chapel Downey. What began with delivering baby furniture to future mothers eventually became a life purpose in reaching out to vulnerable pregnant women. In 2002 Bob felt like God was calling him to be bold in sharing Christ with the people that were visiting the abortion clinic. It has been a very fruitful leap of faith as Bob has been used by God to help save the lives of many babies, while leading many mothers and father to Christ. These days Bob still continues this outreach and prolife ministry almost every Saturday of his life!

In 2009, the WG pastors believed that God was raising up Bob to serve the congregation of WG as a deacon. Over the next two years Bob kept the church informed and excited to be reaching out to those that society often neglects; the homeless, the elderly, and vulnerable pregnant women. By the end of 2010, it became clear to the WG Pastors and Congregation that God had been raising up Bob to a Pastoral calling. Today, Bob oversees all the WG local outreach ministries, while also serving the church family of WG, and various other Pastoral ways during our Church Services and gatherings. Bob’s passion for God, and compassion toward people has allowed him to be a blessing to all the church family and the community!
